Brad holds an MFA in Performance Pedagogy with an emphasis in direction from Texas Tech University.

As an educator, Brad has been honored with the ATHE/KCACTF Award for Innovative Teaching and the Helen DeVitt Jones Award for Excellence in Graduate Teaching. His research focuses on inclusive and reparative pedagogies in musical theatre performance.
