Brad is currently an Assistant Professor of Music Theatre at Denison University where he directs Music Theatre Workshop and the Broadway at Denison Series.

He holds an MFA in Performance Pedagogy with an emphasis in direction from Texas Tech University.

​

As an educator, Brad has been honored with the ATHE/KCACTF Award for Innovative Teaching and the Helen DeVitt Jones Award for Excellence in Graduate Teaching. His research focuses on inclusive and reparative pedagogies in musical theatre performance.
